Our sales are subject to these terms and conditions which provide all conditions of purchase, unless expressly provided otherwise by us.
Display products
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are listed by category on our site. The photographs are not included in the contract. Responsibility for Agri-Holding GmbH may be held liable if errors are introduced. All text and images presented on the site Micro-Nutrients-Market.com are reserved for worldwide under copyright and intellectual property; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
Validity of offers to sell
The products are offered for sale while stocks last. When ordering a product becomes unavailable, the customer will be informed of this as soon as possible by email or by post. For replenishment we will identify her envisaged date of delivery.
Product prices
Our site lists the price in euros excluding postage fees. The Agri-Holding GmbH reserves the right to change prices at any time on the website Micro-Nutrients-Market.com but the ordered products are invoiced at the price prevailing at the time of the order.
Acceptance of Orders
Every order is unconditional acceptance to our terms of sale. The terms and conditions must be accepted to validate your order.
Shipping
The details of shipping and transport provided for the order are given for information only. The possible delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale, to reject the goods or claim damages.
Our company is not responsible for delays caused by stoppage of power, fire, flood, strike action or war, as well as all cases of force majeure.
Transport
We selected two carriers: EXAPAQ for lower or equal to 28kg and Schenker packages - Jewel
Payment
Our rates are exclusive of tax (VAT exemption Art.2621 General Tax Code). We must ask the identification number for intra-Community of the purchaser shall be shown on your tax bill.
Payments must be made either by Paypal or credit card or bank transfer to the order. We ship any goods before full payment products and transportation.
Responsibility
Our liability is expressly limited to the resale as guaranteed by the manufacturer for compliance vis-à-vis the law, regardless of their packaging products. We can not therefore be held responsible for the consequences of using these products. The user is master of their employment. We are bound by an obligation of means and not of results: the buyer remains fully responsible for the use of the products. The attention of our clientele is drawn to the need:

Claims
Complaints about our bills will be considered only if submitted within 30 days from the date of issue.
Claims for deliveries can not be considered only if they are made within 14 days after receipt of the goods, if it is in its original packaging, and if precise and motivated reserves were made by the addressee, when receiving. It is then refunded the price of the product in the month of receipt thereof by the Company. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Products returned incomplete, damaged or dirty are not included.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to this sale, even if a warranty or multiple defendants, will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the headquarters of the seller (Commercial Court 17100 Saintes - France).
